Story
Hi, I'm Cerissa, Your Healthy Habit Coach.
My passion for health and wellness stems from my personal journey with a connective tissue disorder. At one point, doctors told me I might end up in a wheelchair, possibly paralyzed, and that I shouldn't expect to become a mother. But I refused to accept those limitations.
Through years of trial and error, I created what is now my signature approach, the CALM Habit Method: Conscious eating, Awareness & meditation, Low-tox Lifestyle, and Movement that heals. This method gave me back my strength and control over my health, and I’m proud to say I defied the odds—I'm a mother now and far from being wheelchair-bound.
Today, I help women just like you take back their lives from chronic pain, no matter what doctors or diagnoses have said. My goal is to empower you to feel strong, live pain-free, and prove that you can live the life you want.
