When I first began my wellness journey, I had no idea that the tools I developed for myself would one day become the foundation of the CALM Habit Method. As someone who has experienced chronic pain firsthand, I know how difficult it can be to find sustainable ways to feel better, move better, and live a life full of vitality. This led me to create a holistic approach that integrates key elements that helped me reclaim my health—and I hope they will do the same for you.
My Personal Journey:
Before I became a health and wellness coach, I was navigating my own health challenges. I struggled with chronic pain, low energy, and the frustration of trying every wellness trend under the sun with no lasting results. Over time, I realized that real transformation didn’t come from quick fixes or fad diets but from building healthy habits that focused on core areas of well-being.
Through years of research, certifications, and personal experience, I began to see patterns in what truly worked—eating real food, meditation, mindful movement, and eliminating toxins from my environment. These four pillars became the backbone of the CALM Habit Method and allowed me to live a more balanced, pain-free life.
Why I Created the CALM Habit Method:
I realized that so many women, especially those dealing with chronic pain from illness, injury, or disease, were facing the same challenges I had. They were overwhelmed with the amount of conflicting health information out there, unsure of what would actually work for them, and often feeling like they didn’t have the time or energy to figure it out.
That’s why I wanted to create a system that was not only effective but simple enough to implement into daily life. The CALM Habit Method stands for:
- Conscious Eating: Nourishing your body with whole foods that reduce inflammation and promote healing.
- Awareness & Meditation: Managing stress and connecting with yourself through mindfulness practices.
- Low-Tox Lifestyle: Reducing exposure to harmful chemicals in your home and personal care products.
- Movement That Heals: Creating a routine that makes moving your body enjoyable and pain-free.
These four pillars are designed to work together to help you regain control of your health and build a foundation for long-term well-being.
What Makes the CALM Habit Method Different:
There are plenty of health programs out there, but the CALM Habit Method is uniquely tailored to women who suffer from chronic pain. It’s not about pushing through pain or chasing unattainable ideals. Instead, it’s about working with your body, not against it. This method is compassionate, sustainable, and flexible—everything you need to feel supported on your healing journey.
Through my 1:1 coaching program, we dive into each of these areas, creating personalized nutrition, movement, and wellness plans that fit your lifestyle and address your specific needs. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or managing a long-term illness, the CALM Habit Method will help you reclaim your health step by step.
The Vision for the Future:
While I’m in the early stages of launching the CALM Habit Method, I’m incredibly excited to start helping women who are struggling with chronic pain find a sustainable path to healing. This method is the culmination of my own journey, and I’ve already seen the power of these principles in transforming my own health.
I’m looking forward to seeing how this approach will impact the lives of women who are ready to regain their energy, move more freely, and feel empowered in their bodies. Every new client I work with will help refine and expand this method, allowing me to serve more women in the future.
Closing Thoughts:
The CALM Habit Method was born out of my own desire for healing, but it’s here to serve women like you—women who are ready to stop feeling limited by their pain and start living life to the fullest. I invite you to explore this method, consider 1:1 coaching to get the personalized support you need. Together, we can build habits that restore balance, promote healing, and help you feel better every day.
