Looking for an answer to your chronic pain? This 31 daily challenge is rooted in movement, nutrition, and mindfulness using The CALM Habit Method. Over the last 26 years I've developed this method as an answer to help heal my own body from chronic pain as a result of a connective tissue disorder, and have had great success in working with my clients using the same method.
