How the Challenge Works

Want to move better and reduce pain? Join this 5-day challenge and get access to easy, effective movements that fit into your daily life. I started this challenge because I was in the same boat not all that long ago. I'll never forget sitting down on the ground to play with my then toddler and not being able to get back up! I spent at least an hour laying on the floor waiting for my husband to get home to help me. I don't want that kind of pain for anyone!

Over the course of 5 days you'll get access to a private Facebook group where I'll be sharing

  • videos,

  • printable goal sheets,

  • and real time guidance to regain mobility in just 5 days!

 

Through this challenge, you'll learn how to incorporate more movement into your day using easy, pain-free techniques like gentle stretches, posture corrections, and increasing your natural, everyday movement (N.E.A.T). These small steps will help you feel better without overwhelming your body. Each day, we’ll focus on a new aspect of movement, from relieving pain with gentle exercises to building a sustainable walking habit. By the end of the 5 days, you’ll have a personal plan for pain-free movement that you can keep up long-term.

By the end of this challenge, you’ll experience less pain, more energy, and be able to keep up with your kids without the constant worry of chronic pain holding you back.

My name is Cerissa

And I'm Your Healthy Habit Coach. Throughout my life I've been fascinated with all things health and wellness, so when my own personal struggles with a connective tissue disorder began my fascination only grew. I've spent most of my life being active and being sidelined by a disorder that many people, even doctors, didn't know about was not an option. I was told that I would end up in a wheelchair, even may become paralyzed, and shouldn't ever get pregnant.

Well, I got pregnant, I'm nowhere close to being in a wheelchair let alone paralyzed. I didn't take defeat as an option then, and I sure as hell won't do it now.

Using The CALM Habit Method—Conscious eating, Awareness & meditation, Low-tox Lifestyle, and Movement that heals—I regained control of my health. Now I help others do the same, no matter how overwhelming their pain or diagnosis may feel. My goal is to help you tell your diagnosis and your pain to f*ck off so you can live the life you want.
